How many episodes are free?
Every series shows it on its page and on the poster badge, usually the first 8 episodes. No account needed to watch them.
What are Time Coins?
Your Kickflik viewing balance. Each locked episode shows its price in Time Coins, and coins are only spent when you press Unlock, never by swiping or autoplay.
What's the cheapest way to finish a series?
If a series offers a season unlock, it always costs less than unlocking the remaining episodes one by one. If you watch several series, an All-Access pass covers everything.
How do I cancel auto-renew?
Go to Account and tap "Cancel auto-renew" next to your pass. Your pass keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Passes from $7.99 never renew unless you turned auto-renew on.
What's the difference between Time Coins and TIMC?
Time Coins are your balance on Kickflik. TIMC is the TIME Coin cryptocurrency, one of the ways to pay; paying with TIMC adds bonus Time Coins.
Can I get my Time Coins back as money?
No. Time Coins are for viewing only: they can't be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged, and they're non-refundable.
How do I go to the next episode?
Swipe up, or scroll on a computer. If the next episode is locked, your unlock options appear right there without leaving the scene.
