Terms of Service

Draft for legal review. This page describes how Kickflik works today but has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not yet in effect.

These terms cover your use of Kickflik (kickflik.com), a service for watching vertical short-form drama series.

Your account

You need an account to unlock episodes or buy anything. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Watching

The first episodes of each series are free. Later episodes are unlocked with Time Coins, a season unlock, or an All-Access pass, at the prices shown before you buy. Content is for personal viewing only; don't copy, download or redistribute it.

Purchases

Prices are in US dollars. You can pay by card, or with TIMC (the TIME Coin cryptocurrency). See the Time Coin terms and Refund Policy.

All-Access passes and auto-renew

A pass lasts for the period you buy. It renews only if you turn on auto-renew at purchase or later. We email you a day before a renewal, and you can cancel auto-renew at any time on your Account page with one tap; your pass then runs until the end of the period you paid for.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post changes here. Questions: support@kickflik.com.
