Time Coin terms

Draft for legal review. This page describes how Kickflik works today but has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not yet in effect.

Time Coins are your Kickflik viewing balance. TIMC is the TIME Coin cryptocurrency, accepted here as one way to pay. They are different things.

What Time Coins are

• A prepaid balance for unlocking episodes on Kickflik. They have no cash value.
• One-way: they can't be withdrawn, transferred to another person, or converted back to TIMC, cash or anything else.
• Non-refundable (see the Refund Policy).
• They don't expire while your account is open. [TBD: state unclaimed-property / dormancy handling.]

Buying them

Packs: Starter $4.99 for 500 · Popular $9.99 for 1,150 · Binge $19.99 for 2,500. Paying with TIMC adds 10% bonus Time Coins. [TBD: legal review of the TIMC bonus.]

Paying with TIMC

Prices are set in US dollars. At checkout we quote the TIMC amount at a rate locked for 10 minutes; after that you get a new quote at the current rate.

Spending them

Each series shows its price per episode up front. Coins are only spent when you press an unlock button, never by autoplay or swiping.

All-Access passes (weekly pass $7.99, monthly pass $24.99) are bought with card or TIMC, not Time Coins.
